Geotility was contracted to provide the design and installation of a geothermal pile system at a private residence in Holly, Washington.  The system consists of 18 piles approximately 30 ft deep.  Using the foundation piles has eliminated the need to provide a conventional geo field.

A Cressey Development of three 15 story mixed use residential towers requiring the drilling and installation of 36,000 feet of a vertical borehole ground heat exchanger. The geothermal system installed in this project will save over $133,000.00 in operating cost the first year of occupancy and will result in an estimated reduction of 250 tons of green house gas emissions.
